In fact, the current owners were so dedicated to integrity, they insisted on restoring new life to the ohia lehua hardwood floors and planting 300 ohia lehua trees on the property to help bring structure and the ‘aina together as one.
Restoration of the main house is mostly complete. The current owners had enough foresight to plan for the new owners by ensuring a turnkey home while allowing enough leeway for personalized customization.
