With this being the day that is set aside for giving thanks, I have so much to be thankful for.
High on the list is that I get to call Maui my home. I firmly believe that everyone who lives here feels the same way. Our culture allows us to stop and smell the roses. It allows us to stop and drink in the rainbows, just like this photo so clearly shows.
The perfect rainbow in the accompanying photo was taken from the 51-acre estate known as Hale Aloha. Perched high on the cliffs overlooking the rarely-visited Kahakuloa to the left, the address is technically Wailuku, while the actuality is that the property is quite rural, overlooking Wailuku and Central Maui to the right.
The stunning remodel has integrated these views into the home with oversized windows and the family room’s 15’ sliding pocket doors, allowing for seamless entertaining inside & out.
Guests are met with the timeless Versailles travertine pattern floor which transitions into the porcelain wood tiled bedrooms.
The richly stained outdoor ipe hardwood decking flows into the dining and living areas allowing for indoor & outdoor dining.
All 3 bedrooms enjoy enormous ocean & mountain views.
The house is nestled on the aquifer fingers of the West Maui Mountains, which is the source of the property’s healthy well water.
Lastly, if the 13.5’ ceilings don’t speak loudly enough, the solid ohia doors, koa kitchen cabinets, Sonos Sound System, Wolf range and Sub-Zero appliances will.
Put the top down for a 20-minute drive from Wailuku, and come visit this exceptional home along the newly paved Kahekili Highway.

You, too, may be thankful for the views from your new home.
